Dear Christian Community Members,
I join all of you in disbelief and grief over the recent events in our state and nation. Our community and nation is hurting as we attempt to digest the news of more attacks on those we call upon to protect us, our law enforcement officers. As humans, we struggle with the pain and emotions; but as Christians, we immediately look to our awesome God for comfort and direction in these times.
This Sunday, July 24 at 5:30 p.m., we will gather at... the Denham Springs Police Department in a prayer circle to ask for protection and guidance for the officers and the public they serve.

Then, we will travel to the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s office in Livingston at 6:30 p.m. to gather there for a prayer circle to ask for protection and guidance for the officers and the public they serve.
